WomenWhoHack initiative by Swecha is designed to encourage women's participation in tech spaces, aiming to build a strong solidarity network of women engineers in tech who help each other upskill, find new job opportunities, and mentor to contribute to FOSS projects. As part of this initiative, we are planning sessions to nurture women tech speakers and women tech leaders.
